A couple of weeks ago 3 of my toon were awarded house trophies. Because the Mail was broken they could not be retrieved. When the Mail was fixed the trophies were not in their mailboxes. I sent bug reports 3 times from each tune, then did a couple of support tickets only to be told to contact homeshow. Tried to send an email to homeshow by the address the support groiup gave me but it did not go through, saying the page could not be found. This is getting frustrating. Lilyannah was awarded for "Battle at Runners Cove" She has not received her trophy. Leninoxx was awarded for "Butcher, Baker Candlestick Maker". She has not received her trophy. can you Please fix this and send their tropiesLapidia was awarded for "Thurgadin Resort and Crafting". She has not received her trophy.
