After doing both the Music box and Music box key quest turned both in to collector. Went to check why I did not get flags for account, found that the Hypofrygia key and box item were not in achievements. Went to look for Music box again to maybe redo but could not find box again. Key and box were missing from Please Dont Diatonic and What a Concoctive Octave achievements. Zone RajDur Plateaus Char Broag-Skyfire server
