As subject hints at, could these be made Account Wide? Everyone is already putting them into the bank to stock them up for alts anyway, may as well cut out the middle man and make them go straigh to Currency for the entire account. The only negative impact this could have is for the few people that might be moving toons from account to account to accumulate coins/masks.
