Massive lag in Fabled Labs

Currently in our version of fabled Labs of Lord Vyemm on CB we just had the zone server lag out so much we could literally watch individual (or groups of a few) attacks scroll by in the combat spam as no one's abilities would cast. We were pulling several groups on the way to the Pardas when this happened. After we all camped/zoned out (over about 10 mins elapsed) it seems to have settled down some for us.

On a similar note, in Mutagenic outcast we were getting up to 1-2s of spell lag, on a fight that involves having to time and pre-cure because of the rapid tick rate that level of lag makes things a bit interesting, to put it nicely.

We had same type of issue tonight massive lag(15+ seconds) then ungodly packetloss which eventually kicked everyone from game. As lore said after the raid got reformed after being kicked from game the zone settled down.

Yep - the lag was horrendous. The whole zone just froze up and we had to leave and let it do a soft reset and then we were able to finish the zone, but still had quite a bit of lag. Also, they forgot to add achievements for killing any of the names.

Holy crap. We had to zone out after the 1st named because of the incredible spell lag.
You guys should really consider fixing this very soon or people are not going to be happy.

Also, no achievements, no guild messages, no status points...

Awesome. 2nd named down, and here we go again. Extreme lag, and I mean EXTREME LAG.Ping is going up to >3000
And then BOOOM everyone went linkdead.
    This is just sad.

One of our raid forces had this lag, one did not.

The only thing the one that had lag did that the other didn't was they clicked on the locked door before it was unlocked. I highly doubt thats the cause, but it was the only thing we know was different.

We experienced the same - killed the forge named, pulled the whole Pardas room at once (including the named), killed the named, but the zone hit the massive lag spike shortly after (while we were finishing off the rest of the trash). Managed to zone some people out, but ultimately we had to wait on the zone to crash (server-side) before being able to resume.

The lag hit us tonight as well. Our first clear of Labs was normal but tonight we went in and killed the first name, started pulling trash to clear up to the second name and then everyone in raid started seeing massive spell lag (casting bars would stop at 0.0s and not complete). First kill of the night was at 8:20pm PST, everything started lagging out at 8:35pm PST. Since we could still move around at least on our screen (everyone else was rubberbanding around) we zoned out, waited a minute or two and then zoned back in. Everything was still quite laggy, even the 2nd named and trash in that room weren't showing up. I called raid after a few more minutes of no improvement. After a few more minutes, as everyone started logging out, the 2nd named encounter mobs started showing up and then the zone seemed to return to normal (casting bars and movement of others).

Same issue again tonight. It seems to be something to do with the 2 trash just outside Predd's room, something they're doing or casting is causing the zone to start lagging and eventually crash.

Same issue for us again, the 2 dragonmarked excarnates after first named, pull them, watch raid freeze up, zone crashes 5-10 mins later, chest from first named wasted. Fun fun.

Yeah, when we went in there last time, we decided to pull that area encounter-by-encounter, and it was fighting the linked encounter outside Predd's room that caused the zone to deteriorate.

If you pull any of the adds or mobs from Pardas' room onto the stairs leading to it the zone will lock up. You have to pull everything down into the forge room until you're ready to rush into his room.

If it locks up on you just have everyone zone out and go back in and it should be reset.

Coincidentally, we were just talking about this and we have a good idea of what's causing this zone to lag (well, more than normal anyway!) and and crash. Hopefully we can get a fix out soon!

Any news on fix? Its lovely spending 15 mins lagging out on the trash to then have zone crash and it all repop! :)

    Should be in Thursdays hotfix.
