Make berserker appear more berserkish.

    The berserker should appear more berserkish. He should be a whirlwind on the battlefield. Currently there is not a faintest difference between e.g. guardian and berserker concerning animations and look (not gear and armour but visible actions and movements.) This could be done by reducing the recast timer of the blue AE dramatically, making him perform this whirlwindish style more often during a fight.
    The T8 self berserk proc could include a chance for a knockback of the enemy when the enemy attacks or is hit. This would LOOK quite great on those TSO mass encounters. Maybe the haste component could be replaced by this effect (or being lowered). Haste is getting more and more useless with higher tiers since every haste buff of the several classes are just increased from level 1 to 80, leading to so much haste being wasted/more'n'more useless in T8. What should one do with 250+ haste modification on a raid? More haste than 175 is wasted/useless anyway.
    It's the same with ALL buffs/spells/CAs from level 1 to 80. They are all the same with only the name, level requirement and numerical values being different.
    Why don't buffs/spells/CAs of highter tiers include additional effects in comparison to their ancestors? (I am not speaking of a spell to have a one meter effects list in T eight (the numerical eight should not be transformed automatically into a smiley...)
