Maintained window: Why introduce new "StackCount" ?

    What was the purpose of introducing this new DynamicData into each and every Maintained window buff?
    Why wasn't AmountRemaining used instead? Stacks are exactly like procs... 10 stacks, 10 procs -- what's really the difference?
    I'm assuming it comes down to them being difference in the code somewhere, but really seems unneccessary to add 30 new pieces of DynamicData for what is essentially the same thing as proc counts that exist already on buffs, aka AmountRemaining when it comes to the DynamicData.
