Are level 97 recipe books considered rare on all servers? On Nagafen they seem non existent. Partly I know it’s the population and lack of drops due to no players. But overall do they seem rare on other servers?
They are rare as they are dropped by level 97 mobs, of which there are very few. The flies on Death Weave Isle and a few other mobs on that island are level 97.
I had lots of luck with the sharks and entanglers on refuge. There's also the hawks there too, but they're a pita tbh.
