i was wondering if this spell is broken, or if i just have terrible luck with 10% proc chance for a 3 min duration spell. http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Thirsting_Veil thats what the spell should be doing, but i tested it 4 times in jw on my 80 troub, popped the spell 4 times, and killed about 20 mobs or so each, checked ACT, didnt see any type of 'Thirsting Veil' proc in heals or output damage, granted its not a lot, but it should still show up. is the spell broken or do i just have terrible luck? thanks
