I recently got to lvl 20 on my Warlock twink and wanted to turn my Poisonous Veil spell into adept 3 but all the sages I talk to say that they don't have the recipie for it. Does anyone know what recipie they need (if there is any).
This recipe does not currently appear in any sage books; it was a mistake on SOE's part when LU13 went live. The recipe will be added to the appropriate books with Live Update #15, which is currently on Test. So hopefully within a week, we'll have upgrades. LU15 also fixes the fact that the App IV versions of Noxious Blast are showing up as Noxious Bolt.
