Luck of the Dirge Broken?

Luck of the dirge isn't affecting the trigger % on my group ss or disease damage procs anymore, is this intentional?

It appears all proc modifiers are broken atm.

Anyone know if this has been addressed? Or the fact that tons of proc related stuff is still broken?

Just more fallout from the BG patch most likely. Tons of assassin AAs are broken, lots of items are broken, just stuff in general is broken.

We've got most of these errors fixed locally and they should be moving to live servers soon.
