I've changed alignments from Freeport to Gorowyn, and also tried mentoring a character at precisely the level they're said to be offered at with no luck. Perhaps someone could tell me if maybe they've been removed from the game? They're all still in game and you can do them as FP,Neriak or Gorowyn but they're really weird levels like 33-34, 67-68 or you can't get them. You need to find some people to mentor and just check them out. I stood in front of the npc did a search /who 32 33 and started sending tells last time I did it
Some of them you can only get by chronomentoring every 5 levels instead of 10. I remember having to do that for the writ givers in Moors of Ykesha. Sometimes you need to find a person actually at an odd level and mentor them.
