looking for login in server

Both my husband and I will be playing on our accounts when the game suddenly freezes then kicks us to a screen saying its trying login servers and finally kicks us to character select. This has been happening for over a week now. Is anyone else having this issue and if ou have and fixed it, how?

yes, it's the same issue, follow that thread and post your debug log and alert log from your eq2 main folders so devs can figure out the issue. instructions are on the same post
