If you're on Skyfire, I'd say Causal Concept. They're nice, active, group twice a week, and have full crafting amenities. They don't have drama or raids. Another Skyfire guild: An Engima. They're friendly and also have full crafting amenities. They use voice chat and have lots of members always on. I think they have optional raids. Can't speak for the grouping part. I've also heard that And my Amazing on Skyfire is a good guild too. Can't speak much for them unfortunately. Which server are you?
You can always hit the U key to bring up guilds. choose the one that seems like the right one and send a recruiter a tell!
