Login Player Icons Not Showing

    When Logging on and choosing who to log on with, the names are there, but not their picture icons.

    What happened to these?

    I am still not seeing my player icons, But, I have 6 players on Crushbone that I play almost exclusively, and 1 on Nagafen who I almost never play anymore. I can see my Nagafen's Icon, but none of my Crushbone player's icons. There is the box where their portrait icon would normally be, but it is empty.
    This has been for several weeks at least.

    My player icons are still not showing up in the launcher. I think I may be missing some files, or they are where they should not be. I just logged into my account on my wife's new computer (I haven't logged into my account on her computer before now) and my player icons show up.
    If you can tell me what files I should have and where they should be, I can search for them and put them where they belong.
