Little things that would improve newplayer experience ..

    - start the AA manager in spend mode, not in build mode.
    - Add a command in the abilities books that turn autoface on or off (hidden in options/view/...)
    - Add commands in the ability book to choose the auto attack mode (this is hidden in the char options)
    - Send them a mail about the epric weapon, give them a clue on what to hunt for the starter.
    - Send them a mail so that they will buy/rent a house.

    Good ideas also mail them a list of commonly used slash commands. Heck mail me one I still find new ones regularly.
