Although all the equipment and items arrived properly when I activated the level boost I only raised me to level 120 instead of 125 so I can't use the equipment it came with due to being to low a level.
From what I have heard, around Discord. If you are F2P or not updated on the expansions, it will only level you to the current level max of your account. (i.e.~ F2P I believe is 110).
