Level 110 Tradeskill boost did not level up transmuting ?

I recently used the 110 tradeskill boost purchased with the CD collectors addition and it leveled up my tinkering and adorning skills but my transmuting skill did not change. Anyone else having this issue?

Transmuting is a harvesting skill. Look for Londiar Inygad in your home city's crafting headquarters and do his daily transmuting quests. When you get to where you can break level 100, the Loyalty merchants have level 100 transmutation stones you can use to help level it that last bit.

It is too bad, but it's true; the boost does not level transmuting.

So the collectors edition tradeskill boost is different than the 100 tradeskill boost you can purchase with DBC? The DBC tradeskill boost states transmuting,adorning and tinkering skill increases.
