So today's patch (6/18) has broken the Launchpad for me - the Launchpad.exe closes itself on the initial black screen. As a temporary workaround, I have been able to patch via the Launchpad by deleting the 'Awesomium.dll' file from the root directory. This allows me to go through the whole process, but once Awesomium.dll has been re-patched, the initial problem resurfaces on the next Launchpad start. Hopefully the above info will make it easier to trace this problem. This isn't a local problem (there was a similar problem to this a while ago that affected a relative minority of players, so I suspect I'm not going to be the only person).
We will need to gather more information in order for us to determine what's causing you to have these launchpad issues so please submit in a support ticket.
