Kronos vanished from character sheet

    Lost 7 kronos after patch - they've disappeared into thin air and that's 7 months worth of a sub...

    At least two other guildies have the same problem on thurgardin and others in general chat have the same issue

    Per Discord, the Marketplace is having issues, and missing Kronos is related to that.

    Had my Krono disappear from the Broker.
    No plat for me though...

    I tried to buy a Krono on a broker. The money disappeared and did not receive the Krono (the Krono remained on the broker).
    It happened yesterday at about 18:00 UTC (at this time, some members of the raid could not change the zone or disconnection at zoning)

    My Krono was not returned.
    Here is the message I received.

    You had a bugged Krono on the Broker that was failing everyone's transactions because you didn't actually have a Krono to sell. It was removed from the Broker. You have a 0 Krono balance.

    I would really like to understand how its my fault that I had a "bugged" krono.
    I expect to be refunded for my missing krono.
    My Krono balance should be 1... not 0
