I got kicked and keep getting this error: Error NBE-1013: We have detected there is a problem with access to this game (Oh really???) Please "click here" for possible solutions. HAHAHAHA doing that just gives me a message saying that link is no longer available. I PAY for this stuff and this is what I get? Very unprofessional if you ask me. So no log in and help link is dead, how long do I have to wait around to have access to stuff that I pay for?
I feel the same way Chimyre, and on a Saturday evening ! This is raid night, how will so many more be affected. When I tried the first time to submit a support ticket, that did not work as well. Where do we go from here if the system will not recognize our Password/Username ?
well the need to fix this mess, this just happened the other day, now were back to the nbe-1013 again, and its been hours this time.
