Two days attempting to enter solo instance of Ice Shard Keep via teleporter behind Bas. I have quest, and faction, and still says "That zone is currently unavailable". Tried deleting quest, no luck.
Found the reason, Apathy! The zone is purposely not available yet, as "Iceshard Keep: Agent Provocateur" is part of the post Velious content, along with the Fortress of Drunder. But its confusing to have Provocateur Bas Darkfrost there, offering a quest in a zone you can't access. So, I will be resolving that and changing him so he only shows up in Great Divide once "Iceshard Keep: Agent Provocateur" is made available. ~ Kaitheel
Thanks for that! Guess I'll need to grind more heroic dailies for faction given that PQs don't reward chests on this server.
