We (me a 92 unequiped sorcerer) did all the zone with not much issue, ragefroster target locked me and that was annoying but other were easy. For last encounter all can be rooted, and sadly root does not break well on single target damage ;-) The only thing that prevent us from doing it is the huge mana drain on the "tank" (me in this case). it's not due to a detrimental, but on the parse it comes from two of the adds. It seems zonewide. It does not seems distance based because stamper who was passive on follow never got drained. May be when we did it in group the tank was drained, i don;t really remember usually i dealt with the root and healed and cured which is a bit simpler than tanking/dpsing curing, healing and rooting ;-) Later tanks took everything at a spot choosen to minimize Kb issues.
