I'm not buying Dexella's IT'S DUE TO HACKERS! company line. Maybe as Feldon mentioned it makes sense in Planetside 2, but not in EQ2. 1) The EULA needs to reflect the change 2) The player base should have been warned before the auto-ban was enabled 3) There needs to be a better way for people who get banned to get their accounts back. I just missed 3 weeks of play to this crap and I'm more than a little upset about it. Once you are banned (suspended or however you want to call it) you have no way to contact SOE about it other than a phone number in California or if you are lucky and have a friend or family member who can contact a TSR here. There is nothing inherently wrong with VMWARE regardless of what the management is trying to feed us and EQ2 players have been using it for years to play. Anything done that can restrict us being able to play a game we pay for should be announced before hand, and not after the fact.
