Is there a way to refresh the character images in the launchpad?

The drop down for selecting characters, one of my characters still shows wearing an outfit I changed out of a month ago.

Clearing in-game caches might help. Also, deleting the <account_name>_characters.ini file and letting the game rebuild it might help. Remember to make backups, first, in case things go sideways!
I do these steps when the game doesn't show me a character thumbnail at all, and it always has helped me.

I deleted all the files in the cache folder and also deleted files in the lauchpad's cache and it got fixed. Thank you so much for the help.
