Some mobs are grouped so when you pull one they all come. In EQ there was a pacify line of spells where you could reduce the hate of surrounding mobs and then just pull one out. I solo a lot so I would like to learn how to do this. Is it possible? so far I have not found an answer
I believe you can, but only a few classes can do that. If you target a mob and you see others near it light up also, means they are grouped. May be a symbol on their name (arrows pointing down, I think) indicated buddies. Most times, I would avoid the grouped mobs unless I had a healer merc and aoe agro spells to get them off the healer as it healed me.
