In the chest of Lord Mayong Mistmore is one single guaranteed pice of Bloodmetal Transfusion Every player in raid with a chest item of Mayong can use 3 of these Transfusion items, and the raid gets 2 chests every kill In our raid almost every one has a chest from Mayong and we are missing 60 of these Transfusion stones. Could you please triple (or at lest double) the amout of these items in the chest? We can kill Mayong twice a raidday but with the long zonetimer this is not very often.
These items are considered out of progression and are limited as such. It is not the intent for everyone to max them out.
It's a ridiculous decision. EQ2 teams seem to enjoy frustrating its player base. 34 times den 2, 60 mayong raids... Maths say you can't max your gear before next expat...
Why should it matter? You're going to just reset your gear in the next expansion anyway. All your work for this thing will be nullified and you start the whole process over again. Everyone resets to zero.
lol "sorry last person on the list, it's not intended for you to max your bp out when everyone else can" lol just wow
The way how it works in reality: First kill: Great work - nice loot 5th kill: First chest goes for some platin to raid alts 10th kill: Only 1 raid zone left with intresting loot - summer break for some players 20h kill: Both chest are free because every raidmember and raidalts are equiped If the Bloodmetal Transfusion is rolled random in the raid and you need 3 pcs, you have a 1/24^3 chance to get the full item. (This is ~ 0,007%)
There are more items than just the bloodmetal transfusion to chase. You get one of the major artifacts per kill and there are 3 on that table. Having items be more rare isn't new. Since there is a higher need for the bloodmetal transfusion within the raid (3 per) that makes the item more rare even though it drops once per kill. At least this way it removes the RNG factor of it.
Rolling randomly is a guild loot system issue. Seems to make more sense to prioritize whoever gets the first one to get the next 2. I would say this is not a loot dropping issue but a personal guild's loot policy issue that can be easily rectified.
