Pretty Sexy big Barbarian girl.. Guildwars equivalent of Halasian but 9 feet tall or so. Jora is hilarious doing the warrior dance :)

Actually, some of the other armor options nearby are even better. Halasians should be wearing kilts, and some of these wouldn't be a bad Halasian look...

I also like longer leather tunics or greatcoat sort of designs. My fury would TOTALLY love something like:

Yes, GW has some nice patterns, I really dont understand why our stuff is so uninspired, content wise this is the better game, but after 3 years the looks are beginning to wear on me.
And Im not talking stainless steel bikinis either... this is the nice boiled leather look set my warrior there is using.. some leg, but far from racy.
A nice touch GW has is climate/continent themed armor.. Armor from the Norn expansion tends to be heavy on furs, warm boots and greatcoats as it is set in a Nordic type region. Armor sets from Cantha have a decided Oriental Flair, and Elona tends to be North African flavored.
So much could be done here, its very disappointing.

Not going to happen.... Yes the Majority of the player base wants it to happen... and we think it would be a big improvement, but SoE thinks it will cost too much money and they will not see any resulting income gain like the exp packs get them.
Most of us are not really asking for alot of variations .. but seeing all those new games and how incredible the graphics and outfits look.... Why can EQ2 be one of the best games and still not be growing? Attension to the details. They want to release more and not polish what is already there.

To reiterate, we're not asking for the tacky dresses to be removed from the game, we are just asking for something besides *****-suits for elderly female gnomes, hobbits of all ages and others who are not Combat Barbies to wear. I for one would just like a few pretty dresses for my girls to wear. I don't find the ones in game to be especially attractive, mostly just lewd and in many cases just plain ugly.

None of these have the extra items coming from them that they are designing the " snap ons " for. I do not know how difficult it would be, but some type like this should be easy to do... just the skirt... or the flowing gloves ... Just give us an option to design outfits from pieces... How hard could it be to make the last outfit into a robe??? Most would die for something like that...

I think the dresses, formal wear, robes, etc are all ok it's just the fact that they are all the same. Plain and simple... SoE needs to add more unique models for clothing and armor.

Since the crafted dresses change to the male garb when put on a male, I wouldn't mind if they stayed dresses as that would be fun. Or for the women to be able to wear the male garb.

And with the crafted male garb, could we get some long sleeves on the generic outfit? Not everyone has the muscular forearms to pull off the short sleeved look.

I love all those guildwar outfits. sigh* I also love all those different dances. Now if only we could have the guildwars looks and emotes, and the eq2 game combine.... yeah, dream on.

My dream would be GW outfits, looks, and dances, SWG emotes and moods that affect resting stance, and EQ2 gameplay. Sigh, :)

Well we have been asking for something to be done about the total lack of variety in armors and robes for years now and all these pleas have been ignored. Well maybe not ignored since they have tried repeatedly to swap existing looks around and try to convince us that they are giving us something new. I really do not care how hard it is. That may have flown in year one. Four years later I'm not buying that excuse. They should just come out and tell everyone that they have no plans to ever introduce new armor and robe designs that are not simply a retexturing of existing models. EQ2 armor and robes were nothing to write home about in 2004. They are pathetic now.

i know I was waiting for the "skeleton" revamp. Somehow I thought that should take place before new armor. Well, we all know what happened to the revamp. So now I'm with you. I want new styles now.

Preach it, Sista. Can I get an 'Amen' from the choir? (What do you they aren't the choir? They're mages?!? Sorry, but in those robes they LOOK like the choir to me.)
Now, I'm by no means am an 'Amazon' but I was sooo depressed searching for my wedding dress. Because I have a figure that is best described as 'slightly chubby, former weight-lifter,' I looked like the Gov of California... in drag, in most dresses. That is the feeling I have right now, that unless you are some flavor of Elf... forget trying to look attractive.
I would love to play a Halasian lady or an Ogress (like the roving guard in NFP, that girl can work it, she is big, she is sexy, and she will take your head off if you don't agree with here. /hums a bit of 'Baby Got Back.') But there is nothing remotely attractive for at least half of the playable races' girls. Where are the kilts, the labcoats (for Gnomies), even the Prince-style chaps that the DE girls use to wear in Eq1? Where is this dress???....

All they have to do is extend the skirt a bit, attach a few more chain panels on the hips (to keep it from looking like the Elven-Sleezy Barbie Doll dress) and you have a dress that work for the big, strong girls of Norrath.
Please, Please for the love of all the Norrathian Panteon... start adding just one or two NEW outfits every couple of patches. Domino has done a fantastic job gradually improving the furniture, why can't the same be done for clothing? Look at a few of the Maj'Dul NPCs outfits, and add one or two. Create a second mage robe, even if it is just using a v-neck collar instead ot the high-neck version.
Just please, please, please do something other then recolor the same outfits over & over & over & over /head bang over & over &over...
