I lost my epic buff after i betrayed back to freeport. how can i get it back ?

I lost my epic buff from epic repercussions quest which was done when I was an exiled. now I finished my betrayal and found the buff is gone. I believe it's a bug. Please reimburse it. Thank You, Maybe.

Can you help me deal with this problem and get it back ?

*ive tried to do epic quest line again. but cant.
*ive tried to find that npc which gives me reward. and no help.
*and i cant find epic buff in my ability book.

Talk to the erudite on Nektulos Docks next to the Shady Swashbuckler. He will sell you the weapon and the spell.
