there's 6 unlockable ones are they global or per mount? cause if they are per mount how do we get more since we only get a few via achievements? i mean thats kinda hard to pick a mount to even use a barding slot unlocker on if it is per mount knowing we only get a few via achievements
it's really dumb that they're per-mount. achievement-based unlocks very intuitively dovetail with toon-wide scope. i was so certain of it that i even mentally pre-emptively praised them for a cool new mechanic that would add weight to an otherwise potential-rich but under-utilized achievements system. i was quite shocked to see the low hanging fruit so badly mangled. it's either a design-to-implementation disconnect that i sure hope is fixed soon or yet another fairly naked p2w carrot setup with unlocks coming to market in future.
