I am supposed to talk to the Traveling Augur by the docks in SW Nek. I can't see him where he is supposed to be. How do we get him to show up?
There have been a number of "NPC"'s going missing lately. A few people in our guild kept returning to the blinking red quest icon where the NPC should be only to find there was no NPC standing there. Sometimes relogging would make them appear for them but they had to send in some /petitions today about this.
