Housing: Placement of Items

Sorry if this has been address, however, has placement of housing items changed as I am no longer able to enlarge, turn or pitch items. is this a bug. Please help

Heck, half the time, my items falls into the floor so its not visible, had to leave more than one item in my storage box in my house.

To get the obvious of out the way: You are in edit mode, right?

Hummmmm I will check that as I'm now thinking placement mode isn't doing what I want. Thank you so much. I will let you know.

OMG and how many times have I placed items. All is well.
