Why is there a hidden Crit Bonus Overcap, I had to equip 11 pieces of armor to see my potency drop below 174.9 in Great Divide. However my CB Was "Capped" and blue color from 114, all the way down to 89 when I unequiped the 12th piece of armor to reveal a "Green" non capped stat. What's the point of that?
On current gear I have 334.7% Potency read at 174.9 in great divide 5,709 ABMod Read at 3301 in GD 115.9% Read at 114.9 GD This was brought up on Beta time and time again, what is the point of stat capping in lv90 zones
