Ok im lvl 45 and still use it. So my question is do any other high lvl illys use it too and what are the if any benefits of it at adept3. Or am i waisting a concentration spot and should focus on something else? Thnx for any replys.
Adept 3 version of Signet is useless. It adds 1 Intelligence(Which I'm going to asssume you're also casting Rune of Understanding already), and a few points of Mental Mitigation(again Rune of Understanding will override, same with Seal of Comprhension). Worth it? no, I use it as well at Level 45, the 11 Agility is useful.
