why it is so hard to get another one and it is no-trade, also not on crafting menu? i am trying to get few extras for some kind of theme, and i dont see any npc offering the quest. was that taken out? would be cool if they add as gnome's road signs for next year. devs, i only need few tinker sculptures. so i can make "menhir ring" like crazy tinker's stone rings, portal device idea.
The quest this is one of two tinkerfest quests which is from a guide so you cannot get this one from npcs.
