[Help] Lost all my merc gear?

    Im not sure when it happened, but I noticed all my mercenaries are now missing all the gear I put on them, one of them being the /claim merc gear crate from collector's.


    Has this happened to anyone? Or can a dev help me?

    One of my alts lost her merc gear, too. I noticed it after the quest Kunark_Ascending:_A_Nightmare_Resolved where gear is broken and the merc was killed. Klarice lost her fine early purchase reward merc gear.

    I've seen another thread (Player Support "Merc Gear Dissappeared") reporting the same problem. The issue is on the Everquest 2: Dashboard. Link: https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/EQII-806

    Update: I petitioned a ticket and am told that there are "no promises" for returning the gear, but it would help if I could compile a list of the gear lost.

    I don't think my characters has been on a battleground server but my merc has lost all her gear, some of which I paid quite considerably for.
