    Hopefully you chose Perma due to having a RL friend their or something -- otherwise, Freeport & Antonia Bayle have the largest populations by far.

    Anyway, welcome! A massive depth & breadth of content awaits you - enjoy it how YOU want to! Be careful how much you let other players tell you the "best" way to play ;)
