Ok I originally didn't believe this issue.. but now I agree 100 to buy the adorn 150 shard to level 1 second 150 still lvl 1 ... That is I have spent 100 plus 150 plus 150 shad eth coins and the Heart of Luclin is still lvl 1 Not everyone is going to buy and the adorn and use it when you have a greater relic already and if you are ferv capped. So I have been told by other players if you have it adorned onto a item and buy the shard, it will level. But if you are just holding in bag.. no change. Given you not get not use the shard and it auto disappears on purchase, this is a bit rough
