Passive Spell Effects: *Improves the reuse speed of any hate modifying spell by xx% *Improves the hate reduction of spells by xx% Shouldn't this AA reduce the recast time of Arcane Bewilderment, Ethernere Chains and Concussive Blast? Or are those spells not affected because of reuse speed cap?
