Well, the end of September is near, and Halloween is right around the corner. It's time for the Sig Artist Exchange # 3... with a twist! Halloween Signature Artist Exchange It's just in time for Halloween and the Festival of the Dead! Let's see how spooky (or comical) we can make our sigs for this seasonal event. Rules (thanks to Khellendrathas for writing out fantastic rules): * You must be a current sig artist with a thread in the Signature or Fan Art forums displaying or linking to examples of you work. Do not create a thread specifically to get something on high-priority and free. * You must have enough time to dedicate towards finishing your part of the exchange on time. Be considerate, no one likes being left out. If you meet these requirements, reply to this thread and fill out the following character information.
