Halasaian Highland Cloak

    Someone posted this in general the other night and would not say where it dropped from. Its a lvl 1 cloak with a very nice skin to it (for appearance). It was a treasured item with no name on it, so I am assuming it was not crafted.

    Any ideas or info on where this drops or how it is acquired?

    I believe that was given out at a recent event, the Highland Games or something similar. Only 19 were given out and that's it, so finding one is going to be difficult.

    They were from a player run festival, given out as first prizes. I will be running it again next year so maybe you can get one then :)
