Personally I don't care about DPS or being made comparable to anyone. I care about 1) Aggro control, 2) survivability
I've thought that a possible fix would be a stacking bonus to constant/chain taunt casting. The more taunts you throw in succession, the more they would stack and actually multiply. You could still break the chain of taunts to work in damage skills, if you chose, but for pure hate control, we'd use our taunts.
