In PoP, Plane of Disease: The Source [Solo]. Up until today, equipping the \aITEM 727296811 -2077551548 0 0 0:[Grotesque Visage]\/a has not changed my form, since I have "Hide My Illusion Form" checked in character options. Today, I am showing the Grotesque Visage appearance, even though "Hide My Illusion Form" is still in effect.
