greater fervor should be heirloom/purchasable after claiming

    Since PQ's are no longer done, Greater fervor should still be obtainable. discuss.

    You gonna farm old Kael zones for the only offhands in game with red slots? Sad that they don't just make this a War Rune that will go on cloaks/charms/belts so that it's at least useful.
