Duplicate Friend notifications broken?

    I play on Kaladim, and ever since they did the big chat server update, the game is no longer notifying me when friends log in or out. When I first log in it used to tell me in the chat window what friends are logged in, and it doesn't do that anymore either. I have already done a /bug report in game but wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem as well.

    This is still an issue for me, no extra chat channels no friends notifications and mail takes forever to receive (like a day later). Is this still being looked into?

    I had thought this was because of Census being down, but Census is up again and friend notification is still malifuctioning - we hear the chime, but there is no text message associated with the chime.

    As Sigdrifa pointed out, this is a duplicate please go to the linked thread. This is still being fixed by platform.
