Fragments of Collected Ballads, nowhere to be found....

Hello all, I am trying to level up the Spiritstone of Collected Ballads that is only leveled by Fragments of Collected Ballads. I see those updates when I play alts and run through new zones, but I was not wearing that adorn when I was initially running those zones on my main. Now I cannot find a way to level the adorn since the exploration part has past. Any thoughts?

Well I do know that finishing the Zimara collections gives a big boost and then a few solo missions put mine to 10.

Each BoZ Collection levels the fragment. Lv 10 is reachable by doing all collections.

If you don't get level 10 from completing the collections (I did not), it starts leveling off of completed weeklies.
