FP Exile Quests - Can't progress, Commandant Tor'Val Absent

    Deathtoll TLE server - On the FP Exile quest, "Timing the Night Shift", in the FP militia basement, standing in the spot it tells me to use the ear piece. I do so, no quest update.

    Commandant Tor'Val is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I can not progress the quest line. Please, someone, help.

    There's been a bug off and on where a NPC will fall beneath the world. If you do a /target name , like /target commandant for instance, to target them and hail them, they would pop back up.

    I'm not saying that's certainly what was wrong for you, but it'd be worth trying.

    As the name of the quest suggests it has to be night in norrath for him to be there

    I was there for him so long about 2 night cycles had to pass before I thought to zone out of FP and back in to another instance of it. He was there when I did.

    /target did not work, the mob was totally absent.
