I've completed the RoR Adventuring Signature quest line in RoR and have flying access in all zones. But, an alt I want to play on that account cannot fly, even in Raj'Dur Plateaus. In VoV, my alt had to do the first offered quest in the starter zone to have the flight ability activated, is this the same in the RoR exansion? It would be painful to have to have him repeat the entire Sig Line to get flight access... Any information would be appreciated.
It's per toon, not per account. It was in VoV as well. I don't know if they *later* changed it so alts could have slightly easier access to flight, but if they did, then they did it well into the expansion.
