Sure wish they would reduce the casting time on this. I dont see any issues with making it instant instead of 15secs.
The effects on the rings should be worn effects like FBSS. Making them clickable was a [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] decision. Much like not making Hex Dolls go in range slot.
