Finding Character List @Create a Character

I just started my game of EQ2
and have created 2 Level 1 characters
that I would like to start... only thing is
I can't seem to find where to chose them
after starting from the Initializing PLAY menu
(It goes straight to a create lvl85 or new character option?).

Even tried choosing character first from upper right side 1st.
Where are the characters I've created to chose from?!

Any help would be appreciated! I'd like to start now (LOL)!

Since you state you are on Everfrost server, make sure you have the right region selected in the upper left corner. It should say Version: US English. If it says anything other than that click on the region name beside "Version" and it will bring up a menu for you to choose your region from.

If it already is on US English, I'm really at loss as to what happened. After hitting the big green PLAY button, the game should open & go to character select after rolling through a few loading windows, unless you've selected a specific character.

but I'm installing all the files now from Advanced
just to make sure. Looking forward to checking this out

Oh just had a thought, you ARE actually entering the game on the characters you've made right? That is the final step to creating a toon, if it is not done then none of the character creation stuff takes. It is the only version of a save button in the process.

friendly based environment than other MMOs I have played
(*cough*WoW*cough* lol). I originally got into MMOs with the
original EQ (can't remember my info there tho) but do look forward
to meetin up n such! Deff Add me if it's possible on F2P n if not...
I'll be at least a Silver Member by next year if this is enjoyed.

Still not going into game
when selected character or
giving me an option to chose
one or the other (I also have a Swash)
so I'm at a loss here. Even if I create another
how am I supposed to find them next time I log
back in?! They still show in my character inventory here.
