QA In Progress Fabled Veeshan's Peak Phara Dar fight

Shade of Khalan Dar is supposed to full heal once after hitting 50%, but it is healing to full every time it gets to 50% (10-20 times) and never goes under 50%

I don't remember Khalan healing at all, aside from the tank debuff. We'd always pull the pair into the hallway, MT on Phara and OT on Khalan. Kill Khalan first, then kill Phara. Watch for the tank debuff and stop healing that tank. Frankly, it was one of the easiest fights in the zone.

Here to confirm that the mob repeatedly full heals at 50%.

same strat for fabled version. 1 grp holds phara,3 grps kill khalan then join tank grp

Done that in the fabled version, not working. Broken and continues to heal every time. The strat is NOT working.

Reading is fundamental

That's why we're posting in bug reports..... utilizing said strat results in the mob repeatedly healing at 50% within the 125 fabled version.
